Marco Borges, founder of 22 Days Nutrition, is a visionary social entrepreneur.

From humble beginnings, Marco has partnered with Beyoncé and Jay-Z to bring plant-based health to as many people as possible, as affordably as possible.

And he's one of those folks whose very presence and easy self-confidence compels others to take him seriously – in short, a powerful spokesperson and ally.

As a “celebrity personal trainer,” Marco has the ear of some of the most influential people on the planet. And he's using that platform not for self-aggrandizement, but in service of a mission.

He's written several books, including The 22-Day Revolution and his most recent work, The Greenprint, which connects our diets to planetary health (and lack thereof).

We talked about his career, challenges, service, and the vision of 22 Days Nutrition as a tool to simply “make it easier” for people to lean into a plant-based diet.

And how that change can help not only the individuals who adopt the diet, but the rest of creation as well.

Enjoy, add your voice to the conversation via the comment box or audio recording box below, and please share – that's how we spread our message and spread our roots.
