Do I have to be happy-happy to change?

We answer the following questions:

  • What can I do if I'm down or frustrated or negative or scared or annoyed or ashamed or overwhelmed?
  • How can I move forward and manifest good things if I feel bad?
  • How can I navigate negative thoughts and feelings in a productive way?

As you can see, there's nothing wrong with negative thoughts and feelings, as long as you accept and work through, rather than resist them.

That said, if you WANT to get happy-happy, I can't think of a better way than joining me and Josh LaJaunie in New Orleans this coming March 5-8 (2020) for a health retreat in America's coolest (and yes, most decadent) city.
