Dr. Kerrie Saunders, MS, LLP, PhD, started life by almost dying of a food allergy, and that experience set her on the exploration of food, emotions, addictions, cravings, and healing that has become her passion and her career.
A psychologist by training, she helps people regain their health and their food sanity, leading them to confront and overcome addictions and really powerful cravings. She also shares the good news about plant-based diets as president of the Plant-based Nutrition Support Group, and through her books.
